We've done everything possible to try and reduce the risk of this happening. If you have placed a multiple order and for whatever reason part of the order isn't available, we follow a simple process to keep you informed:

  • Any available item will be sent Next Day and you'll receive your dispatch email for this.
  • Should an item become unavailable for Next Day, we'll email you to advise of this and have any remaining item that's available sent by standard delivery. You'll be emailed as soon as this is shipped and we'll also refund your postage costs.
  • Should the item no longer be available to ship, we'll send you an email to advise what we have been able to send and what we haven't. You won't be charged for any item that we haven't shipped and we'll also refund your postage.

Once you are in the checkout stage of our site, you'll be able to see which delivery options are available to you. It's at this point you'll be able to see if your item is available for Next Day delivery.

At this time we are unable to delivery any orders to BFPO addresses or PO Box addresses.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Your order will be delivered by which shipping method, it is depends on the order value and your delivery location. 

HAS MY ORDER BEEN DISPATCHED YET?

When we dispatch your order, we will send a dispatch confirmation email to let you know your orders are on their way. If you have not received this email after 4 working days you can Email or Whatsapp us and we'll be happy to help resolve this for you.

CAN I SHIP TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS?

You can choose to get your orders delivered to an address other than your billing address. Just enter this address during the checkout process. We are unable to change the address once the order has been placed.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

All orders being delivered within the EU require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure you enter the delivery address where someone will be present to sign for the delivery.

WILL I NEED TO PAY DUTY ON MY DELIVERY?

Orders shipped to EU will not charged by any duties. Orders shipped to certain countries will have Duty and Customs charges added to them at the point of entry to the delivery country. This isn't a price we are able to advise on or take responsibility for. Your local Tax Office will be able to offer further advice on these charges.

Authorized Returns within 14 Days (Dead on Arrival):
If you encounter any issues with a product, we are more than happy to accept authorized returns within 14 days (Dead on Arrival) of receipt for most items. This allows you to promptly address any concerns and receive a suitable resolution.
 
Warranty Coverage after the 14-Day Return Period:
Once the 14-day return period has passed, and if you discover a fault with the item, it is covered by our local warranty. In the event that the manufacturer does not accept the warranty claim, rest assured that we will still accept it under our one-year warranty. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
 
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:
Please be aware that FFCART Warranty does not cover certain types of damage, including liquid damage, intentional damage, damage caused by dropping or mistreatment, damage resulting from unauthorized repair attempts or modifications by yourself or a third party, accidental physical damage (such as cracks or breaks), damage caused by improper use of accessories, normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on the touchscreen, acceptable battery life depletion), items that have been jailbroken or rooted after sale, and screen burn that develops over time. However, these exclusions do not apply if you have purchased the optional 2-YEAR ACCIDENT & BREAKDOWN PROTECTION.
