These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all access and use of our website, and all product purchases made through this Site. By browsing our website, placing an order, or completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use our website or purchase any products.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, you may only purchase products with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You represent that all information you submit during checkout is true, accurate, and complete.

2. Product Information & Compliance
All products sold on this Site are intended for legal consumer use within the United States.
For drone products: It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to understand and comply with all FAA regulations, local municipal flight rules, registration requirements, no-fly zone restrictions, and safety laws before operating any drone purchased from us. We are not liable for illegal flight operations, violations, fines, or accidents caused by improper use of drones.
We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, pricing and specifications are accurate; however, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices shown on the Site are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). Prices do not include sales tax, shipping fees, or customs charges (if applicable), which will be displayed separately at checkout.
We accept payment methods supported at checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount upon submission. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully authorized.
We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Submitting an order does not guarantee automatic acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, out-of-stock inventory, violation of these Terms, or restrictions on certain product shipments.
If we cancel your order after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Customers may cancel orders only before shipment is processed. Once items are dispatched, regular return & refund rules apply.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We only ship orders to addresses within the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or international territories unless explicitly stated.
Estimated delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather, customs, inventory shortages or other circumstances outside our control. FFcart shall not be responsible for any losses resulting from shipping delays.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All returns are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Please review our Return Policy page before completing purchase.
Unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or mis-shipped, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returned items that do not meet requirements.

7. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, logos, photographs, product images, and code displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Hengrui Hong Kong Trade Co., Limited. You may not copy, distribute, modify, resell, or commercially use any content from this Site without our written permission.
Trademarks, brand names displayed on the website belong to their respective owners.

8. User Prohibited Conduct
You agree you will not:
• Use the website for any illegal activity
• Submit fraudulent orders or use stolen payment information
• Automatically scrape, crawl data from our website
• Harass staff, submit malicious false chargebacks

This store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides us with online e-commerce infrastructure. Your data will also be processed in accordance with Shopify’s privacy standards. We are not responsible for third-party carrier services, payment providers or external websites linked on our store.
